Focus on the open doors.
If you follow my work, you know that I'm big on perspective.
Recently, I experienced a few shut doors and it actually felt good.
Instead of internalizing it as denial I truly saw it as redirection for one of the first times in my life.
There are many crossroads you'll face in life and sometimes it feels like your options are being taken away but I've seen this experience as a specific path being paved for me instead of being rejected.
I'm only seeing the open doors. I'm no longer forcing my way into situations that don't fit me or feel good. I'm only hanging around what welcomes me, and what doesn't welcome me hardly exists.
I have an attitude of gratitude that will not allow me to look at what I don't have. Don't ignore the open doors in your life while trying to pick the lock of the ones that are closed.
You'll waste time and energy only to see the grass was never greener on the other side.
Appreciate the doors opening before you, ignore the ones that won't.
