You become what you surround yourself with - there’s no way around it. There are conversations, TV shows, and even music that simply do not deserve access to you if you choose positivity in your life. It’s time to start cleaning house and limiting some of the negativity and distractions you have. Put the phone on do not disturb. Don’t even open the message.
