This month's word to me is scary and exciting because to declare a month of progress is a big deal for me. It means I have to really get things done and make changes and to be honest I don't know if I can. With my car accident happening last month, I haven't been feeling like my normal self and my energy levels haven't been the same either. However, I chose this word before the accident and I don't plan on making excuses just because of the accident. Progress by definition is: forward or onward movement toward a destination. One of the wisest men we have on earth right now, Denzel Washington, says "Don't confuse movement with progress".
He meant that busyness doesn't equal business. So often we get in the habit of just doing instead of doing with purpose and with a goal. So consider this a call to action for you - don't just do. Get a goal. Make progress.
My goals for this month are:
Two bookings for 2018
25,000 words in my book
Working out at least four times every week
Staying a week ahead on my blog
What are your goals?
