After attending this event, there was valuable information that can be used throughout both business and life that if properly applied can prove beneficial as opposed to trial and error."

Last Year's Masterclass on Strategy & Productivity
Will this work for my business?
The beauty of product development is that once you understand the concepts necessary to succeed you can accomplish any project you decide on. On top of that, you need an action plan, and that’s where I come in. We’ll talk about things like market research, strategic partnerships, breaking down goals into baby steps, and budgeting.
Why can’t I wait until the day before the event to buy the ticket?
We tend to sell out weeks before the event begins. If you’re serious about making a change in your business why would you want to miss that opportunity? You can wait - but don’t say we didn’t warn you.
What makes you an expert in strategy and productivity?
I started my job fresh out of college and was tasked with relocating a department to another country. It was baptism by fire. My supervisor kept piling on the responsibilities and still is, and to be honest I was not getting things done the way I wanted to. I created a system to get things done as quickly as possible and accurately as possible so I wouldn’t have to do them twice.
In terms of strategy, I was the youngest person on my leadership team and held the responsibility of my facility’s revenue. I have spent the past few years deciding on strategies for our production staff so that we can determine which direction we need to go to increase revenue and decrease costs. I lived this stuff DAILY.
I now work as a management consultant within the manufacturing, distribution, and aerospace industries from 9-5, and as a small business consultant within the legal, healthcare, and fashion industries.
What difference will it make?

Will it be boring?
This masterclass is very active and you will spend 50% of it out of your seat. I don't want to bore you to death, I want to help you. My style is very hands-on and perfect for visual, audio, and kinesthetic learners.
How will the networking session go?
Not many people can understand you like other entrepreneurs can, and many successful entrepreneurs have reminded me time and time again that you cannot do it alone. Are you going against the grain? Wouldn’t you like a sounding board for your next business idea or an entrepreneur who knows what you’ve been through and can relate?
Establishing community is apart of my four-pillar event structure to help entrepreneurs connect with one another and increase their individual productivity.
In addition to facilitated networking sessions, I'll warm up the panel with some questions of my own while you're thinking of your questions.
